§ 1241.33 Traffic and parking

No vehicles, unless engaged in the transportation of passengers or property, shall be allowed in any mooring facility; provided, however, that nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit access to the mooring facilities by vehicles on emergency calls or by vehicles owned or operated by the Port Authority.
